With over 20 years construction experience Josh Greer began his career in Queenstown working on both residential and commercial projects. While maintaining a Queenstown base he then spent several years working in the mining and resources sector in remote locations throughout Australia. This led to consulting roles in the oil and gas industry both on and offshore throughout Australia, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Malaysia and the surrounding seas. Being passionate about property he began doing personal development projects during this time and has successfully built an investment portfolio in the Queenstown region. With a keen eye for detail, an intimate understanding of the construction industry, a wealth of key relationships and strong communication skills – project management is a natural fit.

Having completed multiple personal projects he can identify with the sentiment of being fully invested in the successful outcome of a project. He treats each project as if it were his own bringing this invaluable personal experience to the table as he works with his clients through every aspect of the building process. He has previously project managed multi-house developments, commercial fit outs, high-end residential builds, and apartment blocks. Starting with a build concept and progressing to the final product, Josh works with consultants and tradesmen to bring tangibility to his client’s vision.

Josh brings an enthusiasm for the amazing locations that the Queenstown Lakes district has to offer and loves seeing people build not only a beautiful home but a lifestyle to match in what he would suggest might be the best part of the world.
